SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION INSITUTES SURPRISE JUDGE POLICY

On Thursday the Social Security Administration (SSA) announced a new policy where claimants and their attorneys would not be provided the name of their Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) assigned to hear disability cases.
