The attitude of caring and compassion shown by Brian and the other members of this firm moved me to become a part of it. The law can be quite cold and those who are drawn into our legal system are often defenseless in that they have no experience and little (if any) legal knowledge to use in fighting back. All of us here – attorneys, clerical staff and everyone else – work to ensure that our clients get a fair deal and keep their dignity intact. So many people and families have been impacted by financial difficulties in these times.
As a lawyer, I am dedicated to serving people and working tirelessly to provide excellent legal guidance for you. Each client is unique and has a unique set of circumstances, so I listen carefully to you, ask questions and painstakingly examine all evidence to ensure that I meet the requirements that judges and the law demand to render justice for my clients. You are invited to call me for an initial consultation so that you can determine if I’m the right attorney for you.
I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in 2001 and graduated from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2007. During that time at Chase, I served as the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board and held a full time clerking position with this firm. I am a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and am licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. My practice focuses on representing consumers in all chapters of bankruptcy as well as consumer rights litigation and mortgage foreclosure defense.
