Brian T. Canupp, PSC
I am Brian T. Canupp, PSC. After law school, I moved back to my hometown of Carlisle, Kentucky. While living there, I became deeply saddened watching my friends and neighbors struggle with the financial difficulties following the Jockey Inc. plant closing. People who had never dealt with this trouble were overwhelmed. It was more than I could bear, and I knew then that I had to find an excellent way to help people like these. That experience moved me to become a bankruptcy lawyer so that I could help good people who, through no fault of their own, needed serious help. Because of this experience, when you are my client, rest assured that your matter is personal to me, too.
Since then, I, Brian T. Canupp, have helped hundreds of Kentuckians file for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. My clients come from all walks of life – from the single mom struggling to get by and raise her family to families strung out by overwhelming medical bills. While it isn’t easy for anyone involved – I’m still saddened by the stories I hear – my help as a lawyer eases the pain of people thrust into this process.
My clients know they can count on me to take on the most challenging cases and get the results they deserve. I do my best to ensure all of my clients receive every protection available before, during, and after the bankruptcy process.
How do I, Brian T. Canupp, do it? By understanding the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and all the other laws that impact consumers – the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Truth In Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and more.
Brian T. Canupp Achievements
My experience in the law also encompasses Social Security Administration issues, bankruptcy, and consumer protection. I am proud to have worked with hundreds of clients facing all types of legal problems. I am very familiar with personal injury (car wrecks, slips & falls, dog bites) along with representing those facing a divorce or charged with criminal offenses.
I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. I dedicate myself to learning about all the areas of the law that can benefit my clients. People are often pushed into bankruptcy due to violations of their legal rights, and my firm and I do our best to ensure fair treatment for anyone who asks for our help.
Every year, I spend many hours in conference halls, listening to and learning from the greatest legal minds in America. I take the best advice, the strongest tactics, and the most convincing arguments and adapt them to my client’s needs. After all, learning never ends – the law changes every day, and my job is to make sure I’m on top of new developments to protect you and your rights.
I stay connected with attorneys and legal experts nationwide, and keep me informed about changes and new trends in the law. As your lawyer, this places me in a position to be as aggressive as possible in protecting you and getting you all the benefits possible.
While this all sounds very good, judging for yourself is the only to know if I am this sincere in my desire to be of service. To help you decide, I invite you to call, set an appointment, and sit down with me. I would be honored if you did, so please contact Brian T. Canupp, PSC today!
