Soldiers & Marines Suffer from Failing Brain Analysis Program

A Department of Defense program to test solders for brain injures before deployment to establish a baseline for injuries sustained while deployed is being crushed under the weight of Pentagon bureaucracy. These brain tests are used by the National Hockey League and by neurologists to evaluate individuals tho are expected to suffer traumatic brain injuries. Unfortunately, this test to assist Soldiers and Marines recover from brain trauma is not being taken seriously by some in the chain of command. To read a fully story on the program you can click here.  This failure to fully execute the program makes if more difficult for these Soldiers and Marines to obtain disability benefits when they have suffered the kinds of cumulative Traumatic brain injuries occurring frequently in Afghanistan and Iraq.

This program is a real attempt to serve members of the armed forces– Washington needs to get out of the way!
